Open a store on TshongNyo to sell in Bhutan. List products and stock, chat with local buyers, manage orders and track your store’s activity.
Use the account you already have
The same account can buy from other stores and manage your own store. Create your account, verify your email, then choose Open your store from Account.
Tell buyers about your store
Add a clear store name, town, pickup address, opening hours and an accurate description. New stores need marketplace approval before their listings become public. You can prepare your products while waiting.
Create useful product listings
Use a specific product name, an accurate price in ngultrum, available quantity and a description of size, material, model or condition. Add your own photos: up to four per product, with a maximum of 2 MB each. Photos are automatically resized and compressed.
Manage enquiries and orders
Reply through the site so the buyer can keep the details with their order. Review requests in your seller workspace. Accepting an order reserves stock; keep your remaining quantities up to date.
Arrange payment and handover
Buyers pay you directly. Confirm the payment method and pickup or delivery arrangements with them, and acknowledge payment only when you have checked it. Mark the order handed over when the goods have been provided.
Learn what is working
Your seller workspace tracks views, enquiries, requests, completed orders and reported sales value, with date comparisons and CSV export. Reported sales reflect completed orders, not bank-verified revenue.
